When we found this forgotten home— it was half in the water. But now it doesn’t get more quintessential New England than our Boat House cottage. Featuring sleek and sophisticated interiors that make you feel right at home, it’s the perfect spot for guests to work up an appetite on the water (kayaks are included at this property) and then serve up a lobster dinner. It also includes a gourmet kitchen, garden patio, and waterfront access.

*While this cottage sleeps six, there's an additional fee of $50 per guest/night if you have over four guests for the additional property maintenance.

An absolutely beautiful home away from home. I’d love to stay there again. I have never been to a rental property with so many amenities. Everything you could need to make your stay very comfortable. A lovely stay, an excellent little boat house with all needs catered for. Sharon and her family have really thought of every little detail to make your stay very special, from the welcome trays, to the recommendations for places to shop, eat, and visit. Very well appointed house, everything worked perfectly. We will definitely be back to Rhode Island and would strongly recommend The Boat House to anyone.

We stayed in the house for five nights and it was more than we could have ever hoped for. Everything that anyone could need to make the stay comfortable, convenient, and a home from home was generously thought about. To be on the river with fabulous views was blissful. The standard of every aspect of the house was first rate, the owners were fantastic, and we cannot recommend this property highly enough.
