As much fun outside as it is inside, this newly styled cottage features breathtaking views of the water and your own private dock for swimming, boating, and kayaking. The interiors feel tranquil and spa-like with comfortable spots to sleep, sit, and even soak, thanks to a bathtub. With two master bedrooms, it’s the perfect place for a couple’s weekend away. We also provide fishing rods and tackle so you can try your hand at catching dinner!

*While this cottage sleeps eight, there's an additional fee of $50 per guest/night if you have over six guests for the additional property maintenance.

A lovely stay, an excellent little boat house with all needs catered for. Sharon and her family have really thought of every little detail to make your stay very special, from the welcome trays, to the recommendations for places to shop, eat, and visit. Very well appointed house, everything worked perfectly. We will definitely be back to Rhode Island and would strongly recommend The Boat House to anyone.

Everything that anyone could need to make the stay comfortable, convenient, and a home from home was generously thought about. To be on the river with fabulous views was blissful.
